JEFFREY BUSH
President
A technical, engineering and management recruiting professional with 25 years of experience, Jeff works with both clients and candidates in addition to overseeing the operations of Fathom.
WIth prior experience in the Telecom, IT infrastructure and Oil & Gas industries, Jeff is proud of Fathom’s work in the healthcare and medical industry, helping innovative companies bring products and therapies to market.
A native New Englander (Go Sox!), college graduate from Colorado and current resident of Texas, Jeff travels extensively to see clients and candidates across the country. That said, he’s sure to be home each weekend to spend time with his wife, son and daughter.
STEPHEN SENIOR
Recruiting
Stephen’s career in recruiting began quickly after graduating from Texas Christian University with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Energy Management. Stephen’s recruiting expertise includes working with engineering, healthcare, operations management and medical professionals.
Stephen developed his networking and interpersonal skills at a young age, caddying at some of the best golf courses in California and Hawaii during his youth. The golf skills landed Stephen a Division I college scholarship, and the communications skills benefit his candidates on a daily basis.
LESLEY BYERS
Marketing
A former marketing communications and public relations executive with Ogilvy Public Relations, Lesley oversees Fathom’s public profile. Her purview includes the development and maintenance of the company home page, our presence in social media outlets and creation of advertising and marketing campaigns. Without Lesley’s steady hand at the wheel, this website you’re viewing would be rudimentary at best. Lesley is a busy mother of two, and active in the Fort Worth community.
